Benkei's Splitstaff is one of the Splitstaff in Nioh 2. Splitstaff scale primarily off of the Magic Stat, but also scales off of Courage and Strength, so if your Build has high Magic, consider using this Weapon type.
Benkei's Splitstaff Description
A splitstaff said to have been favored by Musashibo Benkei, Minamoto no Yoshitsune's most trusted retainer. Benkei is said to have been capable of fighting with seven weapons, but as many of the weapons he is said to have used actually date from the Edo period, this is likely to be posthumous fabrication and the full extent of his martial mastery remains unclear. The splitstaff can be used in several ways, and even split into two to be wielded in both hands, so it is possible Benkei's observers mistook his familiarity with the splitstaff for a familiarity with multiple weapons instead.
