Dragon Dance II is one of the Splitstaff Skills in Nioh 2. Dragon Dance II is an active ability that if your Ki reaches 0 when performing Dragon Dance, assume a stance that will increase your attack power.
Dragon Dance II Description
If your Ki reaches 0 when performing Dragon Dance, press and hold the quick attack button to assume a stance that will increase your attack power. (High Stance Only)
This places a Temporary Melee Buff that increases your damage by 50% for 15 seconds.
This bonus is powerful, but requires a large amount of setup, as you need to drain your Ki in order to use it. Combining Dragon Dance with Custom Active Skill that significantly increases Ki consumption can allow you to use this faster during a fight.

Have Dragon Dance inheritable but for some unknown reason It can't roll on my gears. All my grears has inheritable slots (White) and all the gear with the effect needed to be transfer are fully compatilble (affinity max out).
any suggestions?
