Greater Good Gauntlets is a Heavy Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Greater Good Gauntlets Description
Gloves that match the cuirass by using black thread lacing and strong scales, protecting the arm from the elbow down. This armor was employed by Tokugawa leyasu, who led the council of five elders appointed under the rule of the Toyotomi. leyasu started out as a minor feudal lord of Mikawa. After navigating all manner of obstacles, he gained influence and began a campaign to bring peace to the land for the greater good. Befitting his strong, silent character, his armor was lacquered an imposing black and strengthened with beautiful iron and leather scales.
