Grilled Tang Sweet is a Key Item in Nioh 2. Key items are used by players to advance certain questlines, access locked areas. These can be found in specific areas of a Location, dropped by Bosses or Enemies, or are given by an NPC.
Grilled Tang Sweet Information
A grilled sweet made of pounded rice glazed with ivy sap. Just as its name implies, it originated in China, having been brought to Japan by an envoy. It was primarily presented as an offering Buddhist altars, but eventually became a favorite of monks and nobles, who would eat them in secret, and some yokai, who could not resist its sweet taste. Even hidden in one's pocket, the sweet aroma fills the surrounding air, like the scent of the most fragrant blossoms.

- Required to unlock The Alluring Ancient side mission.
Grilled Tang Sweet Location/Where to Find
- Dawn of the Demon: Thought Amrita protected by an Itsumade in a large open field. Turn right when you get to the top side of the large hollow tree trunk.
- In Search of the Elixir: There is a Nurikabe in the cave system under the pagoda. On the other side is a Hot Spring, and on the path dropping into the rest of the area there is a thought Amrita with the Treat.
- A Distant Dream: After you Kill the Ongyoki, activate the elevator and face towards the doorway you entered the room from. There is a platform under the room you were just in, leading to a Kodama, the third treat and a Hot Spring.
