Head Ninja's Splitstaff is one of the Splitstaff in Nioh 2. Splitstaff scale primarily off of the Magic Stat, but also scales off of Courage and Strength, so if your Build has high Magic, consider using this Weapon type.
Head Ninja's Splitstaff Description
A resplendent splitstaff used by a ninja leader. The position of leader was usually granted to a high-ranking ninja ("Jonin") whose family was considered to have the highest social status. These leaders would command ninja armies, but rarely engaged in any combat themselves, even when serving in a daimyo's war campaign. The weapons wielded by these leaders are typically highly ornate, utilizing damscening or materials such as gold to convey the leader's majesty.
