Iga Jonin Gauntlets is a Light Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Light Arm Guards, lowers your equipment load, making you move faster and Dodge more easily. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Iga Jonin Gauntlets Description
This type of apparel was worn by the highest-ranking ninjas ("Jonin") among the ninja clan of Iga Province. High-ranking ninjas gave orders to and supervised low-ranking ninjas, meaning they had little opportunity to carry out missions themselves. As such, their clothing was slightly heavier than their subordinates', who required freer movement. Gauntlets designed to protect the entire arm and hand. They are made from several long, thin plates sewn onto the top of small chains. Though quite heavy, they can deflect bladed attacks from the side. However, the fingers remain exposed so the wearer can wield their equipment effectively.
