Jiro Tachi is one of the Odachis in Nioh 2. This weapon works in conjunction with the Odachi Skills skill tree. The Odachi weapon type scales very well with Strength, but also has some scaling from Stamina and Heart. So if your Build has high Strength, consider using this Weapon type.
Jiro Tachi Description
An odachi said to be the favored sword of Magara Takamoto, the son of Magara Naotaka, brave general of the Asakura clan. It is the sister sword of Taro Tachi. Forged by the famed swordsmith Chiyozuru Kuniyasu in Echizen Province (present-day Fukui prefecture), it features a blade over 65 inches in length. Similar to his father, Takamoto was known for his courage, and is said to have displayed his skills with a blade even in the presence of Ashikaga Yoshiaki. Takamoto fought alongside his father in the Battle of Anegawa (northeastern Shiga prefecure). However, he was slain when he attempted to return to the battlefield to check on his father as he fought for his life.
