Kingo's Gauntlets is a Medium Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Kingo's Gauntlets Description
Gloves that protect from the elbow to the hand, made by joining together two iron plates into a curved shape and fixing them with cord. This set of armor was worn by Kobayakawa Hideaki who went by the pseudonym Kingo. He was the nephew-in-law and for a brief time the adopted son of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, before he became a member of the Kobayakawa family. A somewhat tragic figure, at one time he possessed great power from being a relative of Hideyoshi's. However, he was pushed aside when Hideyori was born into the Toyotomi family.
