Kohoku Master's Gauntlets is a Medium Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Kohoku Master's Gauntlets Description
A pair of gauntlets joined together via a chain cloth, to form a piece of armor that resembles a jacket. Although this structure increases the weight somewhat, it offers greater protection and makes the gauntlets easier to wear.
Part of a set of armor worn by Azai Nagamasa. Even in his childhood, Nagamasa was renowned for his great bravery. When he came of age, he spearheaded the expansion of his clan, proving his military prowess on the battlefield. His actions drove the Azai clan's return to glory, once again cementing their position as the masters of Kohoku.
