Someone has stolen Lord Nobunga's sword and now the castle's in an uproar.

They've figured out the thief's whereabouts, but that leads to a whole other problem - as they're supposedly holed up in a den of yokai, of all places.

Think you could get it back somehow? If you can manage it, it's sure to win us favor round here.

In these troubled time when even thieves are struggling, grieving alone will not bring change. Remember this - this world cannot be built anew without bloodshed even if it that so happens to be the blood of those close to you. Here. Consider this sword a reward for your actions.

• From the entrance of the cave after facing the Yoki, go left where you'll encounter three soldiers. Keep going down the path and you'll find the Sudama at the bottom being guarded by a Dweller

Learning a Lesson Walkthrough

Upon arriving, you'll find the first shrine at the starting point. Go outside the cave and you'll see a sword-wielding soldier sitting by the cliff on the left side and a glowing pot that you can break to purify your weapon for a short while. You can grapple him from behind before finishing him off. At the narrow path below, there are two more soldiers, one wielding an axe, and the other a rifle.

After killing the soldiers walk towards the narrow path where you'll see a mist of the dark realm blocking the path ahead. Before you face the Yoki that's within it, there's a corridor on the left side where you'll see a Dweller eating a corpse that you can loot and another glowing pot at the end. Kill it, loot the corpse, then break the pot to purify your weapon, then face the Yoki within the mist - a Gaki will also climb from the edge of the cliff on the right side once the Yoki appears.

Once you've killed the Yoki, you'll see a ladder ahead which you'll have to climb to reach further to the marked destination. But before climbing the ladder, you'll want to check the right side of the narrow path, there's a path that goes down where you'll come across a Warrior Skeleton, go south and drop to the bottom where you'll see a dead-end cave and a Scampuss inside.

Also, at the bottom of the cliffside, there's a small house where you'll find a large chest and a body that you can loot that's being guarded by a Yoki and Yamanba. After killing the yokai and opening the chest, make sure you also hit the well outside the house to obtain a random item - when you're done searching the bottom section, go back up and climb the ladder.

When you reach the top, you'll find yourself inside a cave covered with grass and plants. And from a distance, you'll see a section that's engulfed with the Dark Realm. There's an Odachi-wielding Soldier on the left side that's patrolling and two more soldiers at the end of the path.

If you went down the path on the left, you'll also find a Sudama at the bottom that's being guarded by a Dweller. After trading with the Sudama, you'll want to go back up and work your way around the narrow path where you'll see more soldiers. Try to take them out first before you step into the dark realm so that you won't be outnumbered.

When you enter the dark realm, you'll see find the second shrine and an Ippon-Datara that's walking back and forth. You'll have to kill the Ippon-Datara to dispel the dark realm and so that you can use the nearby shrine - after killing it, make sure to use the nearby shrine to activate it as your spawn/checkpoint area.

From the second shrine, you'll want to follow the marked destination and into another cave where you'll find an Abberant Soldier looting a corpse. (Along the way, you'll face more Yokai such as Gaki, Enki, Dweller, and a few more soldiers). At the end of the cave, you'll emerge outside and you'll see that the area ahead is blocked. Once you step outside, you'll face a wave of Yokai. You'll need to clear out each wave and kill the last one which is a Yoki so that you can complete the mission and proceed further where you'll find Lord Nobunga's sword - interact with the sword to leave the area.

The wave of yokai that will appear at the marked location are:

• First Wave: 2x Gaki, 1x Yamanba
• Second Wave: 1x Dweller, 1x Enki
• Last Wave: 1x Warrior Skeleton, 1x Yoki
