Malefactor's Gauntlets is a Heavy Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Malefactor's Gauntlets Description
A pair of gauntlets consisting of white cloth with protective plates sewn on. The plates have been crafted in a peculiar shape that make it easier to block an enemy's blade.
Armor worn by Matsunaga Hisahide. Responsible for many atrocities, such as the assassination of shogun Ashikaga Yoshiteru, the destruction of the Miyoshi Triumvirate and the needless burning down of the Great Buddha Hall of Todai ji, he was viewed with considerable caution by Oda Nobunaga.
