Medicine Case is one of the Accessories in Nioh 2. They provide the player with passive bonuses to attack, defense, drop rates, and many more. Players can equip up to two accessories which can be managed in the equipment menu

Medicine Case Information

A small cylindrical case used to carry seals or medicine. The surface is black lacquer inlaid with intricate metallic designs.

Medicine Case Special Effect

Equipping an accessory provides the wearer with unique special effects, this icon  identifies the accessory's special effect. This accessory grants:

• Damage Taken Over Time (Poison) -25.0%

 This accessory can have these Restricted Special Effects.

• Damage Taken (Critical)
• Life Recovery (Amrita Absorption)
• Untouched Ninjutsu

Medicine Case Tips

• The DOT reduction effect is multiplicative with the generic Damage Taken Over Time reduction effect, meaning you can not use it to completely remove DOT  as a factor, though you can get close.
• Both Life Recovery (Amrita Absorption) and Damage Taken (Critical) are very strong and sought after effects.
