Mikawa Warrior's Gauntlets is a Medium Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Mikawa Warrior's Gauntlets Description
A pair of gauntlets consisting of long thin iron plates bound together. The left sleeve of the coat worn over them has been cut off, leaving the left gauntlet exposed in order to allow for easy and swift movement of the am when aiming a matclock.
Part of a set of armor worn by a general of Mikawa Province who detected from the service of the Imagawa clan in order to ally with Oda Nobunaga. The Mikawa territories were divided under the rule of numerous powerful lords, all vying for complete control. But after Tokugawa leyasu succeeded in subjugating Mikawa Province. it was not long before he was recognized as the one and only true master of the region, earning him the alias of "the Warrior of Mikawa".
