Mino Veteran's Cuirass is a Heavy Torso Armor in Nioh 2. Torso Armor protects the torso of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Mino Veteran's Cuirass Description
A tub shaped piece of armor, largely devoid of any notable flourishes aside from the two decorative cords affixed to the chest which are beautifully knotted in a manner believed to bring good luck.
Part of a set of armor worn the leaders of the prominent clan of Mino Province who had the role of chief vassals serving under the Saito clan. The three generals regarded as the most influential amongst them, Ando, Inaba and Ujiie, were known collectively as the "Mino Triumvirate".
