Mino Veteran's Gauntlets is a Heavy Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Mino Veteran's Gauntlets Description
A pair of gauntlets featuring long, thin iron plates stitched together, and fastened via a purple cord. Together with a pair of shoulder guards, the gauntlets offer an extra layer of protection to the overlapping area, capable of deflecting blows to the upper arms.
Part of a set of armor worn the leaders of the prominent clans of Vino Province who had the role of chief vassals serving under the Saito clan. The three generals regarded as the most influential amongst them, Ando. Inaba and Ujiie, were known collectively as the 'Mino Triumvirate'.
