Night Rain is one of the Sword Skills in Nioh2. Night Rain is an active skill that moves you forward and then perform a barrage of quick slashes.

Unleashes a barrage of quick slashes.
Command: Hold R1 + circle button.

• You jump forward and do four slashes with the sword. While this has no charge time unlike Iai Quickdraw II, the total duration of the attack is about the same anyway, and it has worse recovery, while doing barely less damage. However, this attack is much better at applying elements, and has significantly more Anima fill.
• If this attack Paralyzes an enemy, the whole attack will connect without removing the effect. This makes this attack ideal for activating paralysis on an enemy.
