One-Eyed Dragon's Greaves is a Medium Foot Guards in Nioh 2. Foot Guards protect the feet of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
One-Eyed Dragon's Greaves Description
Shin guards made from thin iron plates fashioned into a cylindrical shape that cover the shin and ankle while the heel is protected by foot guards. Part of a traditional armor set favored by Date Masamune, a feudal lord who ruled over Oshu (present-day Tohoku region). It was created by Myochin, a famous armorer from Kamakura in Sagami Province (present-day Kanagawa prefecture). Despite losing an eye to illness as a child, Masamune became the head of his clan at a young age. His aggressive territorial expansion earned him the name "The One -Eyed Dragon." Clad entirely in black, his armor was said to have captivated even his enemies.
