Princess Noh is an NPC in Nioh 2. NPCs are characters that can be interacted with or are shown in the game. NPCs are characters that add contrast to the game's lore where they provide information, some are categorized as quest givers, while others are categorized as Merchants whom you can trade with or request for certain services.
Princess Noh Information
Princess Noh is the wife of Oda Nobunaga. While her birth name is Kicho, she has long been called Princess Noh, even before she was married into the Oda family from the Saito clan of Mino Province (modern-day Gifu prefecture). Her marriage to Nobunaga may have been a political one, but Nobunaga is said to have loved her for her dignified, courageous nature. The couple was happily married until the day they died.
Before her marriage to Nobunaga, Princess Noh was told by her father Dosan, "If Nobunaga really is as big of a fool as they say, stab him." However, upon meeting Nobunaga and observing his remarkable resolve for herself, she decided that she would walk with her husband to the ends of the earth.
Princess Noh and Nobunaga were both victims of Akechi Mitsuhide's act of treason. When the couple was surrounded by the flames that threatened to engulf Honnoji. Princess Noh rejected the option to flee, choosing instead to stay with her husband and share his fate. However, it is believed that her strong resolve to stay by her husband's side has caused her spirit to linger in the halls of Honnoji forever.

- While it is not out right stated, learning of the protagonists parentage reveals Noh-Hime to be their younger half sister. It is unknown if she knew of this, but given that her known elder brother/sister Saito Yoshitatsu is the protagonists identical twin, she likely just didn't say anything. And if she did it was likely never seen or explored upon in game.
