Red Demon Helmet is a Heavy Head Armor in Nioh 2. Head Armor protects the head of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Red Demon Helmet Description
An ostentatious helmet consisting of a skullcap and multiple neck plates. The shimmering golden horn like protrusions on either side strike fear into the wearer's opponents. This set of armor was said to have been worn by li Naomasa, one of the four great Tokugawa commanders. Known as li the Red Demon, Naomasa struck fear into the hearts of many of his elite Akazonae army, inherited from the old Takeda clan. Despite being a general , Naomasa is said to have fought on the frontlines in his signature red armor against Tokugawa Ieyasu's enemies, such as the Toyotomi, Sanada and Hojo clans.
