Samurai General's Cuirass is a Medium Torso Armor in Nioh 2. Torso Armor protects the torso of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Samurai General's Cuirass Description
Upper body armor comprised of iron plates attached together with rivets. The joints are painted and solidified with black lacquer. This set of armor was worn by the the samurai general of a warlord's faction, who was famous for his battle prowess.
