Samurai Noble's Gauntlets is a Light Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Light Arm Guards, lowers your equipment load, making you move faster and Dodge more easily. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Samurai Noble's Gauntlets Description
An incredibly refined pair of gauntlets made of thick cloth with leather sewn on. The gauntlets are fastened with a cord of the same light green color as the sword sash dangling from the accompanying robe. As Yasumasu often spent time with nobles who abhorred the sight of weapons and armor, he would keep these gauntlets concealed inside the sleeves of his kimono.
Part of a set of attire thought to have been worn by Fujiwara no Yasumasa, a noble of the middle Heian period. After his passing Yasumasa came to be regarded as a paragon of valor, comparable to legends such as Sakanoue no Tamuramaro and Minamoto no Yorimisu, making him the subject of many Edo period woodblock prints.
