Allows you to ready Raijin feather. When used, it inflicts lighting damage and major Ki damage on your enemy. If the enemy's Ki is depleted, it will inflict major lightning damage.

Really hard to hit with. Calls a lightning strike on your lock on, which sounds better than it is. The aoe is smaller than it looks which makes it hard to hit if the enemy is even just slowly side strafing. The damage it did when it hit was pathetic as well, even with a bit of ninjutsu investment. Just use kunai, or shurikins, or gunpowder bombs, ect.
