Shifting Serenity Description

After doing Waking Winds or Sunset Breeze, you gain a status effect that reduces Ki consumption for melee attacks and dodges by 20% for four seconds. This effect is reset every time you do Waking Winds or Sunset Breeze, and does not apply on the attack that activated this effect if Shifting serenity wasn't already active. In other words, it activates on the second attack and reduces Ki on the third.
