Sohaya Garb Faceplate is a Light Head Armor in Nioh 2. Head Armor protects the head of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Light Armor, lowers your equipment load, making you move faster and Dodge more easily. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.

Sohaya Garb Faceplate Description

This devilish mask features a design passed down through many generations of the Sohaya, a special unit of Yokai hunters. It serves to intimidate yokai foes and rouse the wearer's fighting spirit.

Shrouded in mystery, these troops remained separate from normal society, devoting themselves entirely to diving out demonic spirits. They were believed to live in a remote settlement where they forged their own special weapons and equipment for combating yokai.
