Sohaya Gauntlets is a Medium Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Sohaya Gauntlets Description
These sturdy gauntlets are forged from yokai bones, which are said to be stronger than steel.
Part of a set of armor worn by the Sohaya, a clan of yokai hunters. Shrouded in mystery. they remained separate from normal society, devoting themselves entirely to driving out demonic forces. They were believed to live in a remote settlement where they forged their own special weapons and equipment for combatting yokai.
