Tactician's Greaves is a Medium Foot Guards in Nioh 2. Foot Guards protect the feet of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Tactician's Greaves Description
Greaves made from long thin metal plates sewn together, worn with a black Iga hakama. Although lightness and mobility have been prioritized, they still offer more than adequate protection.
Part of a set of armor worn by samurai assigned as commanders or tacticians in times of war. As they are usually situated in strongholds where they advise the general, they very rarely appear on the front lines of the battlefield.
