Tempest Splitstaff is one of the Splitstaff in Nioh 2. Splitstaff scale primarily off of the Magic Stat, but also scales off of Courage and Strength, so if your Build has high Magic, consider using this Weapon type.
Tempest Splitstaff Description
A splitstaff imbued with surging power of a tempestruous ocean. Its power is said to rival that of a storm, so great it could shatter a ship to pieces. The source of this immense power is unclear, but it is speculated to be the blessing of Susano, go of war, storms, and the sea.
