Notes & Builds

• This set is high in damage in every stage of the game, with the requirement that you have to hit their back for most of it. Consider using Blinding Shells to prevent enemies from tracking you when they attack.
• It also has Melee Ki damage, and incidentally Medium armor gets exclusive access to Ki damage effects during dream of the demon, and access to better versions of it in dream of the Nioh, making this one of the go to set bonuses for Ki damage.
• It also significantly improves the damage of Final Blows. Because grounded enemies count for Backstabs, you will also gain a benefit from Backstab Damage, and of course Finishing Flair will also increase the damage at endgame.
