The Revelry Ends

The Revelry Ends is a Sub Mission in Nioh 2. This mission is recommended for level 139, has a difficulty level of 3, and features an empowered Shuten Doji. The Revelry Ends tasks players with Killing him with Yourimtisu. This mission is unlocked after completing the mission The Demon Slayers and speaking with Yorimitsu in the Interim. I'm sorry to ask, but could you get that wretch to shut up, once and for all"

"The commotion in my heart has finally quietened down. I will be able to rest easy once more. To think that you are capable even of vanquishing a yokai residing deep within my soul. It would seem your power far exceeds my own. I am truly proud to have fought alongside you. Take that unparalleled power of yours and go forth and forge a world in which there is no need for demon slayers. That is the world I shall pray for in my dreams..."

The Revelry Ends Walkthrough

This is just a 2 vs. 1 against Shuten Doji. While he doesn't look any different, he gains a few new attacks, his club is imbued with fire, and he gains significantly increased attack speed and decreased recovery time, making it a much harder fight. The strategy is essentially the same as normal, but you get less time to attack after dodging. He is still vulnerable for the same amount of time if you get him to drink himself into the dark realm, and there are a large amount of Amrita Crystals to enable that strategy.

Killing Shuten Doji ends the mission after a short conversation with Yorimitsu.
