Vice-Minister's Cuirass is a Medium Torso Armor in Nioh 2. Torso Armor protects the torso of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Vice-Minister's Cuirass Description
A cuirass using a two plate design, covered with a tight sleeved formal coat, fastened with straw rope. The plates are made from black lacquered lyo platelets laced together with black string. A small container for matchlock gunpowder hangs from the armor. The additional flourishes. such as the imported velvet mantle and the leather sword belt. reflect the tastes of a youthful Nobunaga.
Part of a set of arrnor once worn by Oda Noburiaga. Nobunaga ref ered to himself as the Tice-Minister of Kazusa", a title passed down through the generations to the heads of the Imagawa clan. This provocative use of their title was widely considered to be a declaration of his intent to destroy the Imagawa clan.
