Yamanba's Knives is one of the Dual Swords in Nioh 2. Dual swords scale very well with the skill stat, so if your Build has high Skill, consider using this Weapon type.

Yamanba's Knives Description

A pair of knives brandished by Yamanba, a vicious yokai that resembles an old woman and has a propensity for eating people.

The combination of rust and what is presumably the dried blood of former victims encrusted on the blades give a gruesome impression. Although at first glance they do look blunt, the knives are constantly scraped against each other with inhuman strength in order to ensure that the blades are always more than sharp enough.
