Nurikabe Fragment is a Smithing Material in Nioh 2. Smithing Materials are used by blacksmiths to forge and/or upgrade various Weapons and Armor. These materials can be obtained in various ways, such as rewards from completing Missions, dropped by Enemies, Bosses, randomly looted at various locations, or it can also be found inside chests.

 

Nurikabe Fragment Information

A forging material used by blacksmiths.

A yokai material taken from the Nurikabe. It is a piece of the yokai that broke off before it was defeated, thus it did not vanish along with it. The fragment is extraordinarily dense, making it very heavy despite its small size.

      I found a mission that had a Nurikabe worth farming. At least for me. In area 4, Pervading Waters has one at the beginning. All I did was killed the first 5 or so guys and the rev for glory, and to the left of the first Rev, there's a Nurikabe. I'd kill him and branch out. If he drops a soul core, I'd just travel amulet back and identify it before branching out. Needed these to craft an armor set. Was also able to farm a decent amount of glory so it was fine for me.
