Ippon-Datara's Hammer is one of the Axes and Yokai Weapons in Nioh 2. This weapon works in conjunction with the Axe Skills skill tree and usually has good scaling with the Stamina stat. It also scales with Strength and Courage. So if your Build has high Stamina, consider using this Weapon type.

Ippon-Datara's Hammer Description

A huge metal hammer used by Ippon-Datara. As its wielder was changed from human to yokai, so too was the tool transformed. A flame burns within it, appropriate for its origins in blacksmith's forge.

This hammer boasts awesome destructive powers and can beat even the toughest foes to a pulp. But it is not intended for destruction alone; it still possesses its master's passion for forging the finest weapons, and in fact, the odachi that Ippon-Datara sometimes wield were also made using it.
