Dragon King Splitstaff Description

A splitstaff crafted with a dragon motif. The Dragon King was a deity that ruled over the seas from his underwater palace. It was said that he possessed multiple forms and had one for each of the cardinal directions and the waters they corresponded to. Although there is no proof that would suggest this weapon has received the Dragon King's blessing, it is still said to contain a powerful energy that flows from the water element.
