Tengu's Khakkhara is one of the Splitstaff in Nioh 2. Splitstaff scale primarily off of the Magic Stat, but also scales off of Courage and Strength, so if your Build has high Magic, consider using this Weapon type.

Tengu's Khakkhara Description

A Buddhist staff once owned by a tengu who resided on a sacred mountain. Some tengu are said  to once have been humans, reborn in tengu form after death. The tengu who owned this staff was extremely proud of his power, and presided over the mountain he lived on as its god for many tears, It ultimately took three yokai hunters to slay him.

Amrita Memories Background

  • For decades I sought higher truths in the mountains. Now my spirit has no equal!
  • Even the beings called gods of mountains have bowed to my might. Does that not make me a god in turn?
  • The sickness has taken hold and my life's end is in sight. But a commonplace death is beneath me—I will train all the harder ere I go.
  • I should be dead... This new form... Have I...become a demon?
  • Remarkable! I am at last a true god of the mountains! Be you man or monster, kneel and cower before me!
