Vice-Minister's Greaves is a Medium Foot Guards in Nioh 2. Foot Guards protect the feet of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Vice-Minister's Greaves Description
One leg is protected with a poleyn and a series of long, thin iron plates, while the other is wrapped in hardened leather, held together with a broad leather cord. This odd combination is designed to aid in the stable firing of a matchlock from the customary kneeling position, but it is also well-matched to Nobunaga's outlandish and distinctive tastes.
Part of a set of armor once worn by Oda Nobunaga. Nobunaga ref ered to himself as the "Vice-Minister of Kazusa", a title passed down through the generations to the heads of the Imagawa clan. This provocative use of their title was widely considered to be a declaration of his intent to destroy the Imagawa clan.
