Red Demon Guantlets is a Light Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Light Arm Guards, lowers your equipment load, making you move faster and Dodge more easily. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Red Demon Guantlets Description
Gloves that have been painted with a vermillion lacquer, in line with the upper body armor. This set of armor was said to have been worn by li Naomasa, one of the four great Tokugawa commanders. Known as li the Red Demon, Naomasa struck fear into the hearts of many with his elite Akazonae army, inherited from the old Takeda clan. Despite being a general, Naomasa is said to have fought on the frontlines in his signature red armor against Tokugawa Ieyasu's enemies, such as the Toyotomi, Sanada, and Ho jo clans.
