Vice-Minister's Waistguard is a Medium Leg Guards in Nioh 2. Head Armor protects the Legs of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Vice-Minister's Waistguard Description
Knee guards consisting solely of lyo platelet tassets suspended from the waist. As Nobunaga was fond of long journeys on horseback, heavy thigh armor would only have served as an obstacle.
Part of a set of armor once worn by Oda Nobunaga. Nobunaga refered to himself as the "Vice-Minister of Kazusa", a title passed down through the generations to the heads of the Imagawa clan. This provocative use of their title was widely considered to be a declaration of his intent to destroy the Imagawa clan.
