Greater Good Waistguard is a Heavy Leg Guards in Nioh 2. Head Armor protects the Legs of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Greater Good Waistguard Description
Waist and thigh protection that differs from the construction of the cuirass, with a separate variety of scales fastened by cord. This armor was employed by Tokugawa leyasu, who led the council of five elders appointed under the rule of the Toyotomi. leyasu started out as a minor feudal lord of Mikawa. After navigating all manner of obstacles, he gained influence and began a campaign to bring peace to the land for the greater good. Befitting his strong, silent character, his armor was lacquered an imposing black and strengthened with beautiful iron and leather scales.
