Merchant's Bracers is a Light Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Light Arm Guards, lowers your equipment load, making you move faster and Dodge more easily. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Merchant's Bracers Description
This pair of bracers, offering protection from fingers to elbow, is part of a set of attire commonly worn by the multitude of merchants that travel the land in search of trade.
the fingers have been intentionally left exposed in order to allow for easy handling of money, but it also allows for deft handling of a bow, should the need arise.
