Onmyo Warrior's Gauntlets is a Medium Arm Guards in Nioh 2. Arm Guards protect the arms of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Onmyo Warrior's Gauntlets Description
A pair of light gauntlets, relying on a series of thin, long metal pieces to provide protection. The thin frame of the gauntlets mean they can be worn comfortably under clothing. Created in line with the principles of yin and yang, they are far stronger than they look.
Part of a set of armor worn by Saito Toshimitsu, one of Akechi Mitsuhide's most loyal retainers. They held a shared respect for the principles of yin and yang, and Mitsuhide trusted Toshimitsu enough to include him in the planning stages of the many schemes designed to realize his vision. While Toshimitsu often manipulated from the shadows, he was also not above the use of brute force to eradicate anyone that stood in the way of his master's goals.
