Four Great Commanders Cuirass is a Heavy Torso Armor in Nioh 2. Torso Armor protects the torso of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Four Great Commanders Cuirass Description
This chest armor is ribbed and consists of two heavy iron plates on the front and back and bound together with cord. It mimics the naked male torso in design. The sleeve sections protruding from the shoulders over the upper arms give protection from arrows and other projectiles. This style of heavy armor was employed by the four mighty generals whose exploits earned them the moniker of "the Four Great Commanders".
