Mikawa Warrior's Cuirass is a Medium Torso Armor in Nioh 2. Torso Armor protects the torso of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Medium Armor provides a balance between protection and agility. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Mikawa Warrior's Cuirass Description
A double-plated piece of armor that utilizes lyo platelets. A tight sleeved formal coat, dyed black and pale green, sits over the top, fastened with straw rope.
Part of a set of armor worn by a general of Mikawa Province who defected from the service of the Imagawa clan in order to ally with Oda Nobunaga. The Mikawa territories were divided under the rule of numerous powerful lords, all vying for complete control. But after Tokugawa leyasu succeeded in subjugating Mikawa Province, it was not long before he was recognized as the one and only true master of the region, earning him the alias of the Warrior of Mikawa".
