Sincere Buddha's Cuirass is a Heavy Torso Armor in Nioh 2. Torso Armor protects the torso of the player and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Sincere Buddha's Cuirass Description
A cuirass consisting of robust threaded leather platelets dyed green. The patterned deer fur that covers the chest serves to prevent the bowstring from becoming entangled with the platelets when using a bow. With an assortment of additional plates and sleeves, this armor leaves no part of the upper body unprotected.
Part of a set of armor said to have been worn by Usui Sadamitsum, one of the loyal alleis that served Minamoto no Yorimitsu, who were compared to the Four Heavenly Kings of Buddhist legend. Sadamitsu was known to be a deeply religious individual. Among the tales he left to posteritym, a notable one finds him channeling messages from the divinge while chanting sutras, while another has him discover a hot spring that cures all ailments.
