Sincere Buddha's Helmet is a Heavy Head Armor in Nioh 2. Head Armor protects the head of the player, and can have varying degrees of quality and level, just like Weapons. In addition, they can provide Toughness bonus, physical, and elemental protection to your character. Heavy Armor, Usually provides better protection, at the cost of movement and dodge speed. Toughness makes you deplete less Ki when Blocking, so if you wish to Block more often, consider wearing Armor that provides more. Usually the heavier Armor the better.
Sincere Buddha's Helmet Description
A helmet featuring a prominent crest modelled on the radiant halo of the buddha. The neckguard is shaped like a lotus flower, a symbol of the buddha's wisdom and compassion, and provides the wearer with powerful divine protection
Part of a set of armor said to have been worn by Usui Sadamitsu, one of the loyal allies that served Minamoto no Yorimitsu, who were compare to the Four Heavenly Kings of Buddhist legend. Sadamitsu was known to be a deeply religious individual. Among the tales he left to posterity, a notable one finds him channeling messages from the divine while chanting sutras, while another has him discover a hot spring that cures all ailments.
