Zen Manual is a Usable Item in Nioh 2. Usable Items are categorized as consumables which can be used to gain various buffs and effects that benefit in and out of battle, these items can be obtained in various ways, such as rewards from completing Missions, dropped by Enemies, Bosses, randomly looted at various locations, or found inside chests.

A Zen manual of study containing philosophical passages and problems called koan. Meditating upon them is said to grant greater insight into the self.
You can use this item to gain back all prestige points previously invested in titles. All prestige titles you've acquired up until now will be reset. It cannot be used during a mission.
