Soul Purge Talisman Information
When used, these magical items reduce the familiarity of your equipped weapon to zero, but raise both your attack strength and luck in return. They cannot be used if your familiarity level is less than 300.
This talisman converts the thoughts and memories stored in your weapons into raw power.
Soul Purge Talisman Effect
- This item places an effect on you that increases your Melee Damage and the drop rate of higher rarity items based on the familiarity of the current equipped weapon. This effect lasts from 50 to 114 seconds based on Onmyo Magic Power, but is automatically removed when you switch weapons, and after the effect ends the familiarity of your weapon is reduced to zero.
- The strength of the effects are based on the familiarity of the weapon on activation. at 999 familiarity, this is a 55% melee damage multiplier.
- Completing or leaving the mission before the effect runs out prevents your familiarity from reducing to zero. Because of this, this is great to use before a boss fight, as you don't have to carry more than the one and it will not impact your weapon afterwards. Otherwise, consider using Ochoko powder, Whetstone and Familiarity Bonus to use this item more often.

I tested it out if it is anygood: I did a quick attack on the same enemy in training grounds, always fresh spawned and the first attack 465 and 87 fire dmg without Familiarity+fire talisman -14dmg 479 and 87 fire dmg with 900 Familiarity+ fire talisman 0 533 and 87 fire dmg with soul Purge+fire talisman +54dmg Is it worth it ? dicide for yourself but dont forget it costs 4 points to ready the jutsu
