Ishida is a Clan in Nioh2. Players can pledge their allegiance to a Clan at the Hidden Teahouse to acquire passive Special Effects that affect all Characters linked to the account.

The Ishida clan gained control of Sawayama in Omi Province (modern-day Shiga prefecture) while in service of the Toyotomi clan. Their most famous leader is Ishida Mitsunari.
Born into a noble family, Mitsunari served Toyotomi Hideyoshi from a young age, excelling at the administration of Hideyoshi's armed forces. Upon Hideyoshi's successful conquest of Japan, Mitsunari was selected to be one of his officials. While he earned Hideyoshi's trust during the course of his duties as a negotiator, he was unable to get along with the great commanders Kato Kiyomasa and Fukushima Masanori, ultimately leading to a fracture in their relationship that was not easily mended.
It is said that the Ishida clan slogan is based on one of Mitsunaris own ideals: that if ten thousand men serve one, and one man serves ten thousand, all will be happy.
