      It does stack...not sure on the specifics, though. Your character takes three to four deep breaths when winded before being able to move. I have this perk on four or five pieces of equipment (two accessories and two or three armor pieces) and my character only takes one deep breath when winded.It's possible that one deep breath is reduced when having this perk on each item equipped.

        Not sure if having multiple instances of this ability active at once stack the effect or not. I have it on one piece of armor, and Atlas Bear as my active guardian spirit, but haven't noticed is the effect is increased or not.
