Path of the Beast is a Special Effect in Nioh2. Path of the Beast Increases the damage and Ki damage dealt by Yokai Abilities in exchange for consuming more Anima when using them.ThisSpecial Effect can be only be acquired from Scrolls of the Damned from the depths of the Underworld.
Path of the Beast Effects
- Increases the damage and Ki damage dealt by Yokai Abilities in exchange for consuming more Anima when using them.
- This increases the Anima used for Yokai Abilities by 20%. In exchange, the Max Yokai Ability Ki Damage and Yokai Ability Damage of Yokai Skill also gain a 20% increase.
- These increases are additive with Max Yokai Ability Ki Damage and Yokai Ability Damage/ Similar effects respectively, meaning if you already have a large amount of Yokai Ability Damage/ Similar effects, you will experience diminishing returns for damage but still have the increased Anima consumption. Because of this, this is best used for the Ki damage increase, as that is hard to get.
How to Acquire Path of the Beast
- This is only available from a Scroll of the Damned from the Underworld depths.
